Shakeapp ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website and the Shakeapp mobile
application (the "Service").

claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated
exclusively in the federal or state courts of New Castle County, Delaware, USA, and
you and Shakeapp consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
